Soufflé is a project planning tool designed for hardware engineering teams. The Service provides features including project planning, dependency mapping, resource planning, critical path analysis, and visualization exports.
To use the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account.
Access to certain features requires a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees incurred. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as expressly stated in these terms.
We offer a 14-day free trial for new subscribers. You may cancel your subscription at any time before the trial ends to avoid being charged.

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Breadboard Foundry and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any content you create using the Service.
You retain all rights to the data you upload or create within the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. We will not sell, share, or use your data for purposes other than providing the Service.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BREADBOARD FOUNDRY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY.
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the new terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
